• Ready-to-ship products: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been dispatched. 
• Made-to-order or customised jewellery: Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, as the piece is specially made according to your requirements. 
• Orders that have been dispatched: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. 
• Prepaid orders: If a cancellation is accepted, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank. 
• Sale or promotional orders: Orders placed during special promotions or sale periods may be subject to specific cancellation terms mentioned at the time of purchase. 

If you wish to cancel an eligible order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number through our official customer support channel. 

Copper Art Jewellery reserves the right to determine whether an order is eligible for cancellation based on its processing or production status.
