Returns 

• Ready-to-ship jewellery may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided the jewellery is unused, unworn and returned in its original condition and packaging. 
• Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration or improper handling will not be eligible for return. 
• Customised, personalised and made-to-order jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged, as these pieces are specially created according to your requirements. 
• Products purchased during sale, promotional or special offer periods may be non-returnable or subject to specific terms mentioned at the time of purchase. 

Exchanges 

• Eligible ready-to-ship products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. 
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. 
• The jewellery must be unused, unworn and returned with all original packaging and documentation. 
• Any difference in price between the original and exchanged product will be adjusted accordingly. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders 

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 2 days with your order number and clear photographs/videos of the package and product. 

Please email us at support.copperartjwl@gmail.com with clear photos of the damaged product, along with your order number, so our team can verify the issue quickly. 

After verification, we will assist you with the appropriate replacement or resolution. 

Important 

• Jewellery must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received. 
• Once an item has been altered, resized, repaired or customised after delivery, it will not be eligible for return or exchange. 
• Return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Copper Art Jewellery.
